Herbed Goat Cheese Sauce for Crudits - ★Cooking Recipes★

Ingredients

cup milk, more if needed

2 sprig rosemary, chopped

12 oz fresh goat cheese

1 Zest of 1 lemon, and juice to taste

pinch Freshly ground black pepper and salt, if needed

Directions

1. Put the milk with the rosemary in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, remove from the heat, cover and set aside to infuse until cold. Beat the cheese to soften. When the milk is cool, strain it and gradually whisk it into the cheese. Add the lemon zest, juice, and pepper. Taste, and add salt if needed. Serve with beautifully cut raw vegetables for dipping. In place of the rosemary, you could add grated orange and lemon zest.
