Cast Iron Berry Cobbler - ★Cooking Recipes★

Directions for: Cast Iron Berry Cobbler

Ingredients

1 cups (325 mL) blackberries

2 cups (500 mL) blueberries

6 cups (1.5 L) strawberries, sliced

2 Tbsp (30 mL) sugar

cup (125 mL) flour

1 cup (250 mL) quick oats

cup (60 mL) brown sugar

cup (90 mL) cold butter, cubed

Directions

1. Preheat grill to 350F.

2. Stir berries with sugar in a large bowl. Pour into a cast iron pan.

3. Combine flour with oats, brown sugar and butter in a medium bowl. Rub mixture together until ingredients are coated with butter and mixture resembles a crumble topping. Sprinkle over fruit.

4. Transfer pan to the grill and cook with the lid down for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is golden and mixture is bubbling. Remove from grill and allow to cool for 20 minutes. Spoon warm cobbler over ice cream.
