Faggotino Di Parma - ★Cooking Recipes★

Directions for: Faggotino Di Parma

Ingredients

14 oz fresh Trecce noodles (or other fresh spiral pasta)

2 tsp butter

2 cups 35% cream

3 oz Parmesan

8 slices Prosciutto di Parma

7 oz Prosciutto Crudo, cut into cubes

Directions

1. In a large pot, bring lightly salted water to boil; add pasta and cook for 10 minutes or until pasta is firm but cooked.

2. Strain pasta and set aside.

3. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat; add 2 teaspoons of butter to the hot pan to melt. Once butter has melted, add the cream and stir.

4. When the cream starts to bubble, add reserved pasta and Parmesan.

5. Stir and cook over medium heat until cheese is melted and pasta is heated throughout.

6. Divide contents evenly between 4 deep plates and top each with 2 slices of Prosciutto di Parma and cubed Prosciutto Crudo.

7. If desired, garnish with more Parmesan and parsley.
