Bourbon, Peach and Ginger Jam

A southern gem with a lot of flavour, this amazing and summery jam is the perfect complement to any breakfast, snack or dessert.
Directions for: Bourbon, Peach and Ginger Jam

Ingredients

32 oz peeled and chopped peaches, frozen or fresh

cup sugar

4 Tbsp minced ginger

cup bourbon

1 Tbsp lemon juice

Tbsp lemon zest

Tbsp salt

Directions

1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the peaches, sugar and ginger. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring every couple minutes. Pour in the bourbon, lemon juice and zest. Simmer until thickened, about 20 minutes. Stir every couple minutes to prevent scorching. Stir in the salt. Store refrigerated for up to 1 month.
