Pomegranate-Glazed Pork Ribs - ★Cooking Recipes★

Directions for: Pomegranate-Glazed Pork Ribs

Ingredients

3 lb(s) pork back ribs, cut between the bones

2 cup pomegranate juice

2 cup brown sugar

cup soy sauce

cup lime juice

cup lemon juice

3 Tbsp chopped fresh ginger

2 Tbsp fish sauce

2 Tbsp cornstarch

8 clove garlic, chopped

tsp hot pepper flakes

Directions

1. Place the ribs in a stockpot or large saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer gently for about 1 hour. Drain.

2. Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly with a whisk. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer until slightly syrupy, about 20 minutes.

3. Combine the meat and marinade in a large bowl or freezer bag. Cover the bowl or seal the bag and refrigerate for 24 hours or longer, turning the meat occasionally.

4. Preheat the grill, setting the burners to medium.Grill the ribs, basting them with the marinade and turning them at least once.Serve with All-Dressed Stuffed Potatoes (see recipe).
