Chicken Strip Dinner - ★Cooking Recipes★

Directions for: Chicken Strip Dinner

Ingredients

Coleslaw

grated head cabbage

grated head purple cabbage

3 grated carrots

coleslaw dressing

salt and pepper

French Fries

10 white potatoes

canola oil for deep fryer

Homemade Chicken Strips

2 cup flour

cup chicken seasoning salt

12 small boneless chicken breasts

Directions

Coleslaw

1. Rinse all vegetables in separate bowls.

2. Add all ingredients into a large bowl and well.

3. Salt and pepper to taste.

4. Keep covered in fridge until ready to eat.

French Fries

1. Set deep fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Cut 10 large white potatoes into French fries.

3. Immerse in deep fryer for 5 minutes.

4. Remove and let stand for 1 hour.

5. Place fries back into deep fryer and cook for approximately 4 minutes or until golden brown.

Homemade Chicken Strips

1. Preheat fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Mix flour and seasoning together in large bowl.

3. Cut chicken into strips.

4. Take chicken strips and flatten out one side in flour mix, turn over and flatten again.

5. Repeat 2 times.

6. Place into fryer and let cook for approximately 6 minutes or until golden brown.
