New Recipes Salmon with Maple-Dijon Glaze

Directions for: Salmon with Maple-Dijon Glaze

Ingredients

Nonstick cooking spray, for spraying the casserole dish

1 2-lb center-cut wild salmon fillet, skin on

cup Dijon mustard

2 Tbsp maple syrup

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp fresh thyme leaves

tsp ground cumin

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 425F.

2. Spray a parchment-lined casserole dish with nonstick spray and lay the salmon in it skin-side down.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, thyme and cumin. Pour the mixture over the salmon, spreading to coat it evenly.

4. Bake until just cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes. Transfer the salmon to a serving platter.
