New Recipes Papaya and Soybean Salad - ★Cooking Recipes★

This fresh fruit salad features papaya and soybeans as its stars, not to forget the mix of sweetness and spices, this is no ordinary salad.
Directions for: Papaya and Soybean Salad

Ingredients

3 Tbsp grape seed oil

1 tsp brown mustard seeds

1 tsp fennel seeds

1 tsp cardamom seeds

3 Tbsp of curry leaves

1 tsp ground coriander

1 cup frozen soybeans (thawed)

2 cup of papya, peeled, seeded and cut into large chunks

1 cup cooked rice (blend basmati with wild rice or any rice)

1 tsp lime juice

pinch of salt and pepper

Directions

1. Place a small skillet over medium-high heat and add oil. Add spices and toast for one minute. Stir in the soybeans and cook for about 3 minutes. Let cool.

2. Put the papaya chunks into a salad bowl along with the rice and cooled soybean mixture. Add salt, pepper and lime juice and toss well. Taste and add more salt if needed.
