Crispy Parmesan Chicken Sandwich with Goat Cheese, Arugula and Killer Condiments Red Pepper Relish - ★Cooking Recipes★

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, pounded

4 tsp vegetable oil

1 cup panko

2 eggs + 3 tablespoons milk

cup flour

cup Parmesan, grated

bunch parsley, chopped

2 ciabatta buns or preferred bread

4 tsp Killer Condiments Sweet Pepper Relish

1 handful rocket or mesclun leaves

salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 cup goat cheese, softened

Directions

1. In a bowl mix together bread crumbs, sat, pepper, parsley and parmesan. Dredge the chicken into the flour and then egg/milk and then panko.

2. In a frying pan on medium high heat add the oil and cook the chicken until golden on both sides and cooked through, about 8 minutes. Once cooked remove from the frying pan and season with salt immediately.

3. Spread bread with Killer Condiments Sweet Pepper Relish and goat cheese add the chicken and top with arugula. Serve.
