Sticky Chicky Wings - ★Cooking Recipes★

Directions for: Sticky Chicky Wings

Ingredients

2 jars honey garlic sauce

cup liquid honey

6 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp minced fresh ginger

40 chicken drumettes or 20 chicken wings, cut and split (about 2 kg)

6 sprigs fresh thyme

2 sprigs fresh rosemary

tsp grated orange zest

Chopped fresh chives or green onions

Sliced orange segments or red pepper

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425F (218C).

2. In an oven-safe large saucepan or deep skillet, heat sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger over medium heat. Stir in drumettes to coat. Add thyme and rosemary; cover and cook, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Stir in orange zest; cover and cook for 10 minutes. Place saucepan in oven for about 15 minutes or until no longer pink inside.

3. Remove lid and cook stirring over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened slightly and wings are well glazed. Garnish with chives and orange segments.
