Directions for: Spinach Salad with Tuna, Radishes and Cara Cara Oranges

Ingredients

1 lb(s) baby spinach

10 leaves radicchio

cup mixed celery and parsley leaves

3 leaves oregano

4 heirloom radishes, sliced thinly

2 can quality tuna packed in olive oil

3 cara cara oranges, cut into segments

3 Tbsp chives, chopped

cup Red Wine Vinaigrette

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients and toss with vinaigrette. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
