Easy Bean Spread1 19 oz can white kidney beans, drained, and, rinsed
2 Tbsp lemon, juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
tsp salt
tsp garlic powder
tsp pepper

Easy Bean Spread1. In food processor, puree white kidney beans, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
2. Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 3 days.)
3. Yield: 1 2/3 cups (400 mL).
Bagel Of Brie1. Bread: Halve 2 bagels; toast and spread with 2 tablespoons of Easy Bean Spread.
2. Filling: Layer with arugula leaves or watercress.
3. Top with 4 oz. Brie cheese, sliced.
4. Flourish: Top with sliced sweet red pepper and tops of bagels.
New Garden Egg1. Bread: Halve 2 onion buns, spread with 2 tablespoons of Easy Bean Spread.
2. Filling: Line with lettuce.
3. Top with 3 hard cooked eggs, sliced,and sliced cucumber.
4. Flourish: Sprinkle with 1 small carrot, shredded and light Italian salad dressing.
5. Sandwich with bun tops.
Nicoise Sub1. Bread: Cut 2 sausage or large hot dog buns almost through long top; spread with 2 tablespoons Easy Bean Spread.
2. Filling: Line with lettuce, grilled tuna steak, and a generous portion of soft cheese.(goat or Rondalay)
3. Flourish: Sprinkle with chopped black olives.
