To celebrate the release of the new Ghostbusters movie, dig in to this elegant brown butter cake with a marshmallow fluff and homemade whipped cream for a hauntingly good experience you'll love!

Ingredients
Brown Butter Cake339 g brown butter
180 g flour
300 g hazelnut meal
540 g icing sugar
540 g egg whites
3 tsp vanilla extract
5 tsp salt
Marshmallow Fluff340 g sugar
360 g glucose
cup water
Whipped Cream & Assembly1 tsp salt
160 g egg whites
tsp cream of tartar
tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Brown Butter Cake1. Mix together and bake in oven at 350F.
Marshmallow Fluff1. Cook mixture to 240F in a small pot or saucepan using a candy thermometer.
Whipped Cream & Assembly1. Whip to soft peaks before adding very slowly the above sugar syrup.
2. Continue whipping mixture until stiff peaks.
3. For assembly: Place a small round (any desired shape of cake on a plate). If desired add a few drops of any preferred liquor to the top of the cake (optional). Top cake with your favourite ice cream scoop. Pipe Fluff all over dessert (in any manner you like).
4. Using a blow torch or the broiler setting of the oven, colour fluff quickly (so as not to melt the ice cream).
5. Serve immediately to anyone that isnt afraid of no ghost!
