Directions for: The Sushi Pancake

Ingredients

1 cups flour

cup unsweetened cocoa powder

4 Tbsp sugar

tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

1 cups milk

tsp vanilla

2 Tbsp butter, melted

cup basmati rice

cup condensed milk

cup water

Dehydrated pineapple slices

Dehydrated cantaloupe slices

Dehydrated kiwi slices

1 mango, thinly sliced

Powdered sugar

Chocolate sauce

Mint, for garnish

Directions

1. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Add in milk, vanilla, and butter, whisking to combine.

2. Heat a large skillet or griddle. Spread the batter thin across the bottom of the pan and cook, flipping once. Cook in batches until all batter is used.

3. Cook rice as directedusing condensed milk and water.Once cooled spread the rice evenly on top of each chocolate crepe. Add the fruit slices to the middle and roll the crepe tightly. Place in fridge. When ready to serve slice the rolls into individual, sushi-like pieces. Garnish with powdered sugar, chocolate sauce, and mint.
