The Peach Cobbler Float - ★Cooking Recipes★

Peach pie, in a float! You can save on real peaches and instead use peach-flavoured soda, complete with vanilla ice cream, blueberries and pie crust.
Directions for: The Peach Cobbler Float

Ingredients

1 pie shell, pre-cooked

8 sugar cookies, crushed

2 cups blueberries

1 Tbsp sugar

1 can peaches

Vanilla ice cream

2 cups peach-flavoured soda

Directions

1. Add piecrust and sugar cookies into a food processor and blend. Place to the side.

2. In a small pot add blueberries and sugar together. Cook on low heat until the blueberries begin to release moisture. If needed, add a small amount of water. Remove from heat once the blueberries have been cooked out. Dice the canned peaches and return to the syrup from the can.

3. In your serving glass layer pie crumble, and then blueberries. Add another layer of pie crumble and then add the diced peaches and syrup. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to the top. Serve with peach soda on the side. Pour the soda over the ice cream and enjoy.
