The Campfire Cookie - ★Cooking Recipes★

You don't need to be camping to enjoy this delicious treat made with chocolate chips, marshmallows and graham crackers.
Directions for: The Campfire Cookie

Ingredients

cup butter

1 cup packed brown sugar

cup sugar

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

2 cup flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

1 bar plain chocolate

1 bag marshmallows

4 graham crackers, crushed

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C).

2. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in eggs and vanilla, mix until fully incorporated. Whisk in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in the chocolate chips.

3. Roll batter into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet, spread evenly. Bake 10-15 minutes. Place on wire rack.

4. Once the cookies are done and cooled take a roasting fork and add a cookie. Next add a chunk of chocolate and then a marshmallow. Top with another cookie. Continue layering to your liking and roast over an open flame. When the marshmallows begin to get melted, you can sprinkle crushed graham crackers on the sides. Serve warm.
