Honey Tangerine Jell-O - ★Cooking Recipes★

Chuck Hughes' Jell-O made with freshly squeezed honey tangerine and garnished with whip cream and cookies, is a refreshingly rich dessert that will delight the whole family.

Ingredients

Honey Tangerine Jell-O

4 cup freshly squeezed honey tangerine orange juice (12 to 15 oranges) (1 l)

Zest of one honey tangerine

cup of sugar (125 ml)

8 2 g sheets of gelatin or 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of gelatin powder

Garnish

Whipped cream

Cookies

Directions

Honey Tangerine Jell-O

1. Soak the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water for about 10 minutes, and squeeze out the excess water. If using gelatin powder, mix in with the juice and allow to sit for 5 minutes.

2. Heat the juice, zests and sugar until it is warm and the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and dissolve the gelatin in the juice mixture. Pour into desired serving glasses or bowls. Refrigerate for about 4 hours.

Garnish

1. Serve with whipped cream and cookies.
