Rich chocolate enrobes ripe bananas bedazzled with candy, granola, dried fruit and cookies. When frozen, these chocolate covered bananas have the texture of an ice cream bar yet are completely dairy-free.

Ingredients
Chocolate Shell1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tsp coconut oil
Bananas and Topping Ideas4 bananas, peeled and cut in half crosswise
2 graham crackers, crumbled (for s'mores flavour)
8 mini marshmallows (for s'mores flavour)
1 Tbsp dried mango, chopped (for tropical flavour)
tsp flaky sea salt (for tropical flavour)
tsp flaked coconut (for tropical flavour)
2 tsp sprinkles (for funfetti flavour)
2 Tbsp granola (for maple granola flavour)
1 Tbsp maple syrup (for maple granola flavour - to be drizzled)
Directions
Chocolate Shell1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment or waxed paper.
2. In a large heatproof bowl, microwave chocolate on moderately high heat for 2 minutes, stopping to stir at 30-second intervals, until melted.
Bananas and Topping Ideas1. Skewer cut ends of bananas with toothpicks or Popsicle sticks as the handles.
2. Working one at a time, dip bananas in chocolate and place on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with desired toppings for smores, tropical, sprinkles or granola flavours.
3. Freeze for at least 1 hour, or until bananas are frozen throughout. Serve right out of freezer.
4. Freeze leftovers airtight and store for up to 2 weeks.
