Five Minute Shrimp - ★Cooking Recipes★

Quickly thaw, saute and dress with fresh herbs. Goes well with noodles or steamed rice. This is a quick and delicious shrimp recipe. You can use almost any combination of chopped fresh herbs here. Yield is 4 servings.
Directions for: Five Minute Shrimp

Ingredients

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

1 lb(s) large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails left on

Coarse salt and freshly cracked black pepper

2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 Tbsp chopped fresh lemon thyme, or thyme

1 Tbsp chopped fresh coriander

Juice of half a lemon

Directions

1. Heat the olive oil in a large saute pan on high heat and add the garlic.

2. Saute for 1 minute.

3. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and add them to the pan.

4. Cook, tossing shrimp in the pan for about 2 to 3 minutes or until opaque and almost cooked through.

5. Add the lemon juice and chopped fresh herbs.

6. Toss to heat, about 1 to 2 minutes.

7. Transfer the shrimp to a platter.
