Delectable Desires Sugar Cookies - ★Cooking Recipes★

Ingredients

6 oz butter, room temperature

5 oz granulated sugar

4 oz brown sugar

2 Tbsp corn syrup

2 Tbsp Samuel Adams Winter Lager

tsp nutmeg

1 tsp baking powder

tsp baking soda

tsp salt

1 egg

10 oz all-purpose flour

Directions

1. Mix granulated sugar, brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of Samuel Adams Winter Lager in mixer (medium speed).

2. Add butter and cream until light and fluffy (medium/high speed).

3. Add corn syrup and continue to mix.

4. Slow mixer down and add egg and then continue to mix on medium speed.

5. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.

6. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture on low speed until fully incorporated.

7. Remove cookie dough from mixing bowl, wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.

8. Preheat oven to 350F. Remove cookie dough from fridge and scoop 1-oz balls onto ungreased baking sheets.

9. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes; remove to a wire rack to completely cool.
